Recreating Furikake Gohan

Hello Everyone Welcome Back To My Blog MomoKitchens, Today were gonna try to recreate Furikake Gohan From FOOD WARS!
Ingredients are: 1. Spring Onion / scallion
2. 2 piece of Chicken Wings, and 2 Piece Of chicken Thighs
3. 5 Clove Of Garlic ( Finely Chop)
4 5 Clove Of Red Onion ( crush , and finely Chop)
5. 1 piece Of Ginger ( Shredded)
6. 2 Eggs
7. Grind Pepper
8. Soy Sauce
9. Sesame Oil
10. Fish Sauce
11. Salt
12. Rice
13.750 ml. water
14. Cooking Wine
15. Onion ( Chop Thinly)
16. Cooking Oil
Now Lets Get Started. First Prepare yourself a chopping Board, and a knife, after that cut the skin of the chicken ( but don't cut it to deep), after that put enough salt and pepper on the chicken. Second Prepare a sauce Pan, after that put it on the stove, and turn on the stove Medium Heat, soon after the sauce pan is hot put in the Cooking Oil, and spread it around the sauce pan, Next Put in the garlic, Red Onion , and onion in the sauce pan, and cook it until golden brown. after its golden brown put in the chicken Piece and cook it both sides, after that put abit of cooking wine to pick up the flavor from the pan, than put in the water, next put in The soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, and put in the shredded ginger, and mix it. cook it for around 1 hour or more. When it finish , Strain the Chicken ginger garlic onion, red onion from the soup, ( don't throw them away it could be used for topping, or you can make it into something else), after that put it in the fridge for a day. when the stock is set, cut it into squares with a clean knife, after that cook the eggs in a normal frying Pan, but don't forget to scramble it, next put in salt, pepper, and some of onion, garlic, and red onion, for the taste, after is done, prepare a bowl, and put the rice in the bowl.
After that put in the Scramble Eggs, and then put in the cube stock on top of the steamy scramble eggs, and rice, next put in the Spring Onion/ Scallion on top of it, and there you have it Furikake Gohan From FOOD WARS.
