Chocolate Mousse Cake

With Choco Pots De Creme


 


Hello Welcome Back To My Blog, today i will teach you Guys my original Recipe on how to make simple
But delicious chocolate mousse Cake, With Choco Pot De Creme.
first were gonna make the choco pots De Creme
Start by preparing 1/2 cup sugar
                              1/4 cup water
                              1 pack Milk
                              A shot of esppreso/ coffee (opptional)
                              1 tea spoon of vanila powder
                              2-3 Eggs
                              chocolate
                               
Now prepare a sauce pan, and put in the sugar vanilla powder and water into the sauce pan. next turn on the heat, medium- low, and stir it until all mix properly, next put in the milk , and mix it again , after that put in the shot of esppreso/ coffee ( optional ) and put 5-6 piece of chocolate in the sauce pan, and mix it well.than seperated the egg white and the yolk ( we dont need the white) , and put in one by one, remember keep stiring so the egg will not be cook, or when you put in the egg , mix it for 10 second, and lift the sauce pan of the stove ( move it to the side) and mix it for 10 second , and put it back on the stove ( repeat it over until it is mix, and make sure that the egg did not overcook), and when is done, put in in the fridge/ freezer and let it set

while we wait for the choco pot de creme to be set lets make the mouse cake
prepare: 1 litter of milk
            :  3-2 table spoon powder milk
            : 1 bar of chocolate
            : 1 table spoon of gelatine
            : 3 table spoon Choco powder
            : 4 Table Spoon Of Sugar
            : 2 Packs of Condence Milk
            : a pinch of salt
now prepare a big and clean sauce pan, next put in the milk , powder milk, choco powder, salt, sugar , and condence milk in, the sauce pan, after that turn up the heat, medium-high . after that mix it slowly until all of them mix well, after that put in the chocolate bar, and let it melt, after that mix it well, next put in the gelatine ( dont put to much gelatine) in the mixture. and mix it well. After all of them is mix, prepare a container to put in the mousse cake mix. but before that dont forget to add abit of melt butter ( sweet) around the container so it will not stick ( The butter is opptional ) , and then put in the mixture in the container. after that put some choco powder on the top of the mixture , and then freeze it for an hour, or if you're patien put in the fridge to let it set for 3-5 hours. 

When is done , prepare a flate plate, after that , take out the mousse cake from the fridge / freezer and put in the plate face down, after that tap the container or shake it gently so the mousse cake will be on the plate, after that , take out the choco pot de creme out from the freezer, if the choco pot de creme is to hot, while waiting, make the sugar shell , with
prepare 50-100 ml Water and 6-7 table spoon sugar.
after that melt the sugar and prepare a ladel, dont forget to grease the ladel so the sugar mold will not stick. after that put the ladel in the sugar mixture, and coat the ladel, and let it harden
when is done put the sugar shell on the plate, and scoop the choco pot de creme and put it on top of the sugar shell, and it is opptional if you want to decorate your cake ( my decoration i use mint, apple, and choco powder.
